Introduction & Brand Essence
NOM is a modern Vietnamese restaurant that brings together fresh, comforting flavors and contemporary dining culture. Rooted in traditional Vietnamese cuisine yet designed for today’s urban lifestyle, the brand celebrates light, balanced dishes served with clarity, warmth, and modern restraint. NOM positions Vietnamese food as approachable, everyday, and quietly refined β€” never loud, never overworked.


Audience & Purpose
Designed for urban diners, working professionals, and casual food lovers, NOM speaks to people who value authenticity without formality. The goal was to create a brand identity that feels modern and welcoming while still honoring Vietnamese culinary heritage β€” a place equally suited for quick lunches and relaxed sit-down meals.


Scope & Creative Direction
The project focused on building a complete brand identity and menu system guided by the keywords Fresh, Authentic, Vietnamese, Modern. The visual language balances clean typography, subtle cultural cues, and calm layouts to reflect freshness and simplicity. Every design decision β€” from spacing to hierarchy β€” was made to support clarity, legibility, and a contemporary dining experience without losing cultural depth.
